Brale × Coinflow: Instant Treasury

Today, Brale and Coinflow are excited to announce a combined offering that lets platforms turn marketplace float and user balances into new revenue.
With the Brale × Coinflow stack, platforms can:
- Accept card payments
- Instantly settle balances in their own branded stablecoin
- Earn treasury revenue on idle balances
- Let users cash out to bank, card, or crypto—all from a single integrated stack
Most marketplaces and platforms already have balances. Very few have turned those balances into a programmable, revenue-generating asset they control.
That’s what this partnership is designed to change.
Make money on balances you already hold
Instant Treasury turns that float into a revenue-generating asset while giving users instant payouts in a balance they control - your own branded stablecoin.
“Our customers want instant payouts, programmable money, and better unit economics. Partnering with Coinflow lets us deliver all three in a single stack: card in, your own stablecoin as the balance, and treasury revenue on the float you already have.”
“Merchants come to Coinflow because they’re tired of waiting days for payouts and losing control of their money flows to legacy processors. By teaming up with Brale, we can give them instant settlement in a money they actually control — their own stablecoin — and a way to share in the revenue that those balances generate.”
How It Works
Imagine a marketplace, betting app, or telecom platform using the Brale × Coinflow stack:
-
User deposits with a card
A user adds $500 via Coinflow. Coinflow processes the card and calls Brale’s API. Brale mints $500 of your stablecoin into that user’s balance.
-
Your stablecoin becomes the in-app money
Inside your product, everything happens in that stablecoin: bets, purchases, transfers, rewards, fees. Brale manages issuance and reserves, and Coinflow manages card rails and KYC in the background.
-
Balances quietly earn revenue
While funds sit as stablecoin balances on platform, Brale manages reserves. A share of that revenue can go back to platforms. Idle balances become a new revenue stream instead of a cost center.
-
Users cash out however they want
When users or sellers are ready to withdraw, they can move funds to a bank account, receive a payout via supported rails, or go on-chain in stablecoins. The conversion and payouts are handled by Brale and Coinflow behind the scenes.
For select customers, we can also enable an instant funding facility: Coinflow can mint your stablecoin immediately up to a pre-agreed limit, with up to 48 hours to settle back with Brale. Users experience instant payouts without you tying up your own capital.
Why This Matters for Platforms
For your business, this looks like:
| Feature | Benefit |
|---|---|
Instant card-to-stablecoin settlement Coinflow processing + Brale mint in one flow | Users see funds immediately instead of waiting days |
Branded stablecoin as the in-app money cfUSD, HUSD, etc. | A money layer you control instead of generic balances |
Treasury revenue on reserves Brale-managed reserves with revenue sharing | Turn float into a recurring revenue stream |
Unified payouts (bank, card, crypto) Brale + Coinflow payout rails | One integration for every way users want to cash out |
Who It’s For
Instant Treasury is designed for platforms that maintain internal balances and care about both payout speed and unit economics:
| Use Case | Outcome |
|---|---|
🎮 Betting, fantasy & gaming | Instant payouts and better economics on player balances |
🛒 Digital goods & creator marketplaces | Revenue + rewards on seller balances before payout |
🌍 Telecom, remittance & cross-border platforms | Unified unit of account across markets |
🧩 Web3 wallets & apps | Web2 card checkout + stablecoin treasury in one stack |
If you already think of “user balance” as a core part of your product, this is for you.
Built on what's already working
Coinflow and Brale have proven the pattern with cfUSD and with HUSD (Hotstreak USD): card-funded balances that settle instantly into a branded stablecoin, earn treasury revenue while they sit, and can withdraw when users are ready.
Now we’re making that same playbook repeatable for any platform where “user balance” is a core part of the product. Reach out to our team to learn more.
